Churches, Chapels and Cathedrals

My Churches, Chapels and Cathedrals Challenge was inspired by the Chapel at the Royal Marsden Hospital which brought me much comfort on my visits there 20 years ago and since.

Churches in Camden and beyond have also played a significant role in my life and being able to continue to take part in meaningful liturgies proved a great source of strength for me in 1995.

This is a record of Churches, Chapels and Cathedrals visited during 2015.

The Collection contains Churches, Chapels and Cathedrals I’ve entered or not or even just photographed from across or down the road. And there are some ex-Churches… Descriptions are a curious mix of facts taken from the internet, comments on my 2015 visit and memories of past visits and connections – especially through Westminster Diocese and Christians Together in Camden.

The final Count for this 20BigC Challenge is 155 Churches, Cathedrals and Chapels including 7 Chapels, 6 Cathedrals, 6 Ex-Churches, 55 Camden Churches and 1 Synagogue! And there are 240 photos in the Flickr album!
